The September Market Stats have been compiled based on the information from the Western North Carolina Multiple Listing Service otherwise known as WNCMLS.

There were 68 single family stick built homes sold in Henderson County in September 2009. This is a 15% increase in sales from September 2008. However a 25% decrease in sales from September 2007.

There were 12 condos sold in Henderson County in September 2009. There were 12 condos sold in September 2008 and 7 condos sold in September 2007. There are currently 232 condos for sale throughout Hendersonville and Henderson County.

There were 8 townhomes sold in Henderson County in September 2009. This is a 260% increase in sales from September 2008. However almost a 50% decrease in sales from September 2007. There are currently 115 condos for sale throughout Hendersonville and Henderson County.
